I got an Email, 4 hours ago as my current date and time is 12/06/2015 07:02 AM.
I was surprised by seeing the content, that they are giving away Microsoft Surface books for free for the registered users of Windows Insider program.

What you have to do is register for Windows Insider program and just provide a feedback to participate in the Sweepstake to get a chance of winning a Surface book.
