Some nokia 1616 are charging problem is for broken charging line or charging line goes down site. Now I share how to understand of charging problem for broken charging line and how to repair it. You can repair this problem very easy. To see the image bellow and follow RED line tips.

How to do this work: at first check charging socket, then put charging pin in the socket. Then read charging voltage using multi-meter. If you see voltage ok but problem still, then check RED border parts. There are one fuse, one coil, one capacitor and one glass diode . if they are ok but same problem then check pink color line.  If you see this line is broken, then just make this jumper. I am sure its work 100%.
